How to Send Us Your Electronic Artwork

PLEASE INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL:
1. Your reference number for your order:
2. Your company name
3. The name or symbol on your artwork
4. The name of the file type you have attached (for example: tif)
5. The type of project this art will be used for (coin, 2 lb. Bar, wrapper art,
etc)

INCLUDE ARTWORK IN ONE THE FOLLOWING FORMATS:

| .eps | .jpeg | .pdf |
We prefer files saved in Illustrator 10 or Photoshop 6
Currently, we are not accepting files in Pagemaker, Quark, Corel Draw or
Powerpoint format
** Electronic art that is received in a format other than those specified may be
subject to a $50/hr art fee.

ARTWORK ATTACHMENT SHOULD FOLLOW THESE CONDITIONS:
300 dpi resolution **(see below)
Artwork is approximately the size of the chocolate piece you have ordered
Black and white image only (no grey or half tones)
No type below 8pt size
Convert all fonts to outlines
** How do you know if a file is low resolution (less that 300 dpi)?
Gifs or jpegs are more likely to be low resolution. If your file was used for
the web it is 72 dpi (low resolution). If your file size is under 100K it also
may be low resolution, even though it looks perfectly fine on your computer
screen. Please contact the art department if you have questions concerning a
low resolution file.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION FOR WRAPPER ARTWORK ONLY:
Specific pantone colors must be indicated if using spot colors
All text must be outlined
Graphic files must be linked, not embedded, and the links must be included
Complete layouts should be compatible with Illustrator CS and Photoshop CS.
