What type of chocolate is this?
We use the finest Belgian Chocolate in all of our products. Custom orders may be made in milk or dark chocolate for the same price.
How long does it take to get my order?
All Express collection items will ship within 72 hours, while custom orders will be ready for shipment in 2 weeks or less.
How long will the chocolate last?
Our chocolate products have a shelf life of over 1 year. We do not recommend refrigeration. Simply store the product at room temperature (not over 72*) - keep away from direct sunlight and heating units. Our cookies have a shelf life of 3-4 months.
Is your chocolate Kosher?
Yes, products are OU-D certified Kosher Dairy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online orders must be placed using a credit card. Custom Orders can be placed with a 25% deposit and Net 30 on the remaining amount (pending credit approval).
How do I know my chocolate won’t melt?
We use gel ice packs in the warm months to keep the product cold until delivery.
